I Will Rejoice In Him

The beginning of 2014 I set out goals I wanted to reach by the end of the year. One of the goals was to lose weight. I know pretty common among people. I set out to lose the weight I have gained over the years. I wish I could say the weight was from post-baby but it is not. I started gaining the weight when my youngest, my son, was five years old. At the time I had the mentality that I was young and my metabolism was in overdrive.

I Am Done

Food.

That is my main addiction.

I am addicted to food.

I love all things food especially the food that is not so good for me. Then there are some foods that I cannot stand like vegetables. I cannot stand vegetables. BLAH! I would rather eat brownies, fettuccine alfredo, pizza, or drink tons of sweet tea from Chick-fil-a. I have no self-control when it comes to these particular items. I feel I have to eat every last bite or drink the entire gallon of tea.

Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer Week Three Complete

Please click here and here if you missed my updates for week one and two.
Week three of JamieEason’s LiveFit Trainer has been wonderful! I really enjoy this program because it makes me more comfortable in the gym and in my food choices. I worked out every morning for five days. This shocks me because I have always been the person who is ready to workout in the early afternoon. Not anymore! I have turned into an early morning workout person! Love it!

Accountability

My best friend has started the Jamie Eason LiveFit trainer with me. Each day we text about the foods we are eating, the struggles, our workouts, and how sore we are from the workouts. We talk each other down from wanting to cave into our cravings and motivate each other to keep going. We hold each other accountable.

Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer Week Two Complete

Yesterday I ended week two of Jamie Eason’s LiveFitTrainer. I believe the week went really well even with our trip down to Madison. I knew we had to travel to Madison for the day so I packed up my food, placed it in the cooler, and was able to keep on track with my nutrition. All my meals I ate in the car when traveling. The picture below was one of my meals. Salad with an boiled egg, shredded carrots, cucumbers, and Walden Farms Ranch Dressing (clean dressing!!)

Jamie Eason's LiveFit Week One Complete

Week one of Jamie Eason’sLiveFit Trainer is complete!

I believe I did really well with week one. I completed all workouts, which consisted of four days. The first and second week require four days of workout sessions and three rest days. By the end of the second rest day I was very ready to get back into the gym. I cannot wait until I move into five day workouts, which start in week three. Not too far away!

Fixing The Temple

I have been debating on writing about this or not. I have prayed about it and over the weekend I decided I needed accountability. In the past I have wrote about fitness but only touched on it. I have opened the window just a little for you all to see what fitness is too me. Today, I am opening the window even more by sharing some personal feelings and struggles.
