WOW!
Where did 2009 go???
It flew by for me and my family; how about you? Looking back over the year I can truly see where God has put His Hand upon us. It started with my husband being able to acquire a duty station that we have LONGED to go to for over six years (Alaska), God putting on my heart to home school, bringing me further up into the palace, and our journey from Maryland to Alaska and there after.
I don't really do the whole "New Years Resolution" thing. I do, however, list some goals, ideas or areas that I would like God to help me excel in. Such as spiritually, physically, homeschooling, cooking & baking from scratch (my poor family), my blog, and financially. Once I have my complete list I will be posting; by doing that it will hold me more accountable ;)
How about you? Do you have any Resolutions, ideas or goals? If so I would love to hear them. Please leave a comment, I would love to hear from you!
What a great way to welcome 2010!!!
Greetings! I don't usually do the "New Year's Resolution" thing either, but last night Aaron and I were discussing resolutions and he suggested that I make it a goal to get outside everyday, even if it is for just 10 minutes. I think I will try it...I know it would be good for me. :)
ReplyDeleteThat is a great goal!!! After living here in Alaska I found getting out just for a few minutes can do wonders. Even if it is walking to the mailbox, or starting my car, or if it reaches above zero taking the kids around the block for a quick walk. I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated. I think you will enjoy too :)
ReplyDeleteI don't do resolutions either. I prefer goals. I hope you consider linking up with your goals when you publish them.
